Fall beginnings…

The fall seeds have been planted, and it’s hard to believe it is time already! We are looking forward to offering fall produce to everyone this year. Collards, red cabbage, spinach, beets, carrots, snap peas, broccoli, and radishes are all on the menu at Holly Hill for fall/winter offerings. This will be the first year we grow in the tunnels for fall crops, so bring on the learning curve. 🙂 On a more summer like note, the stand is stocked, and we have red hot jalapeno peppers added to the mix. The cracking exterior on the peppers along with the red color informed us they are ripe and hot! The small red mini bell peppers are sweet just like their giant sisters, and the banana peppers are sweet too. Tomatoes continue to ripen, and we are excited to be able to offer them later throughout the season this year.
A few folks took advantage of our huge sale in Goods today. They enjoyed the great deals on all wood furniture, and our handmade décor. Are you ready to get in on the awesome sale? Don’t get left out, swing on in and see Lisa. If she isn’t in the store, push the door bell and she will be down to show you around. Happy hump day eve! J&L
