Today we said goodbye to the okra for the 2021 season. While summer produce is coming to a close, the fall crops are progressing well in the tunnels. Hoping they will available by the holidays pending on the weather. We do continue to supply tasty peppers and tomatoes. For those who are unsure what to do with the colorful peppers, freezing them for winter use is a favorite option here. Peppers can be washed, chopped and placed in freezer bags for winter soups, stews, chili’s, and more.
