Happy New Year everyone! We thought we would show you a few behind the scenes photos of the farm in the “off season”. As you can see it is far from a restful event, as we are expanding to provide even more fresh produce . These photos show the new irrigation and electrical lines to the current tunnels and a new set up in the gardens for more tunnels in the future. The rain didn’t help our efforts, and the farm is a large mud pit currently. It will all be worth it come spring when irrigating crops will be more efficient. More photos to come as we continue the process for the 2022 season. Take care and we will post more soon.
