We are counting down to opening day and feverishly getting the farm ready. Tunnels are planted thanks to some assistance from a few helpers, and the plants survived the cold with a little help from our heaters. With daylight savings time here, the longer sunny days heat the tunnels, and warmer night temperatures keep the chill away giving us the best growing conditions possible. The remaining gardens are being prepped for the next phase of planting. The final touches to the irrigation system will be complete soon, and then it is on to the daily maintenance and supervision of the growing plants. All of this and more as we await the big day.
