Yes folks, we are almost there, only 4 days remain until we open for 2022. Farm and Goods are prepped and ready. Irrigation is finished, the tunnels are planted and this week we will finish up the fields for planting. The fruit trees are flowering and we are watching to see if the flowers survived the recent cold nights. Goods is ready with brand new, unique inventory just waiting for you to lay your eyes on it.
While we will not have fresh produce ready yet, we will have jams, jellies, hot sauces, and gourmet coffee for opening day. We are also working on locally sourced honey and possibly farm fresh eggs to add to the farm stand this year. Stay tuned for more news on that front. See you this week!
