The pollen is gone for now…

The farm got a well needed drink of water today to the tune of 4 inches. The yellow rivers flowed rapidly, and thankfully no flooding or drainage issues ensued all while the plants remained protected in the tunnels. We can say the cucumbers are tasty as we had the first one for dinner yesterday evening. A couple cool nights are expected this week, but we think we will be into full fledged spring afterwards. The produce is getting closer to a farm stand arrival!
Goods opens again tomorrow with hand-crafted Easter goodies and artwork along with excellent deals on furniture and home décor.
Need local honey for baking, seasonal allergies, or a great tasting coffee for breakfast? Stop by the farm stand for both as the freshness awaits your arrival. The sun has just popped out for a sunset. Hope to see you at Holly Hill!
