The stand is stocked up for Monday. We have added large zucchini for those who wish to make zucchini bread or zucchini noodles. We also have larger squash for grilling. Surprise, we have one cauliflower head in the farm fridge, and more herbs. The red cabbage we are hoping will be ready for Memorial day. Green tomatoes taunt us in the tunnels, and we are still waiting for the slicers to change color. Tomato lovers, send us some good “red” vibes. The photo shows what is available for Monday.
