The gardens have been giving as we enter mid week tomorrow. More squash, zucchini, and cucumbers are ready for tomorrow. The blackberries are almost ready, and more cherry tomatoes are on the way soon. Lisa was busy canning all day with more pickles, and summer squash salsa awaiting you in the stand tomorrow. For those who loved the basil presto last year, there will be more in the farm fridge starting Thursday and is a limited time offer available until Saturday for any pre Memorial day celebrations you may be having. You can always freeze it in ice cube trays, and use later if desired.
