So we are diving into another adventure to provide you with the best and tastiest non-GMO produce possible. Welcome micro-greens to the Farm stand for Wednesday. We discovered these beauties recently, and have learned that they are the most nutritious and antioxidant packed vegetables that we can offer. The first round of sunflower micro-greens and turnip/beet mix micro-greens are in the Farm fridge tomorrow. Additionally Lisa harvested some green onions also available tomorrow. More will be on the way soon as the plants mature and begin to produce regularly. Farm also has the local farm fresh eggs, honey, elderberry, canned goodies, coffee, tomato seedlings, and lettuce mix offerings.
