Looks like the weather is finally warming up and the nights will be above 50. Let’s all do the happy dance because that means the summer produce will begin to make its way to the Farm stand in force. We are beginning to harvest cucumber, zucchini and the squash is not far behind. The last of the green onions are in the stand now until the next batch is ready. Grab yours soon! Herbs, micro-greens, spinach, cucumber, zucchini and all the local goodies are available tomorrow. The photo below shows what is offered Friday.
Many folks have questions regarding the micro-greens. Lisa made a chart that lists the greens we grow, their vitamins/nutrient content and the potential health benefits. This chart is also in the Farm stand for reference. Hopefully this will assist with any questions.
