And once again winter has returned for a few days to Georgia. The wind was wicked today with gusts over 25 mph across the farm. So what did we do, indoor maintenance. When Lisa started Holly Hill’s sourdough and baking side of the business she was gifted a professional mixer, today it had its annual maintenance regrease. Why is this important, she is ready for your baking orders for the week. 😋
We again are reminding everyone who orders from the online store. It will be closed the week of Feb. 28th – Mar. 7th. The farm stand will be closed on March 7th as well. So please, if you will need local honey, eggs, elderberry, baked goods, oils or any other Holly Hill goods place your orders this week.
